5 ingredients beetroot bliss balls
These beetroot bliss balls are vegan, gluten-free, sugar free option. They are quick and easy to make, and perfect for snacking.
- 10 dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp unrefined sugar *Optional
- 2 tsp beetroot powder
Add dates, cashews, shredded coconut and oil to a food processor and pulse until everything is well mixed.
Scoop out the “dough” with a tablespoon and use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
To make the beetroot coating, add sugar and beetroot in a food processor, pulse a few times to mix. Roll each ball in the beetroot-sugar mixture or beetroot powder until evenly coated.
