Blueberry-mint açai smoothie; my new breakfast obsession.
Lately I have been on a huge smoothie kick, trying all kinds and I just cannot get enough of them. This combo of berry, mint and açai is simply delicious, is one of my favourites. It packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
This recipe is so easy to put together and calls for just 6 ingredients. It’s delicious and nutritious, makes a prefect plant-based breakfast or snack.
Blueberry-mint açai smoothie
This smoothie packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It makes a prefect plant-based breakfast or snack.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberry
- 2 medjool dates pitted
- 2 tsp açai powder I used @tropeaka
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
Simply add everything into a blender, blend on high until smooth.
