These are my go-to muffins when it comes to grabbing something quick before the gym. They are loaded with protein and fiber. They are rich, delicious, and completely satisfying.
These muffins also make a great on-the-go breakfast or post-workout snack. I usually bake a big batch on the weekend and freeze them for a quick breakfast during the week.
The recipe required few ingredients and so easy to make. They are made from whole meal flour, raw cacao powder, chocolate protein powder, banana, coconut oil, and maple syrup.
I love how they turned out. I love the texture. It tastes delicious. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the perfect combination of ingredients to use while baking with protein powder, but this recipe turns out perfectly and delicious every time. It is my favourite protein muffins recipe by far.
