Today I want to share with you a fantastic easy and decadent chocolate granola recipe. This easy 5-ingredient chocolate granola is so decadent, chocolatey, crunchy and very addictive.
Do you love granola as much as I do? If you have been following me for awhile, you know that i am a big granola-eater. I like to make my own granola. Not only is it easy to make, but it is healthier than buying it from a store. And the best part of homemade granola is you have a better control of the ingredients you choose and it will make the recipe much healthier.

5-Ingredient chocolate granola (vegan, gluten-free & refined sugar-free)
Decadent, chocolatey, crunchy granola made with just 5 ingredients.
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oat
- 1 cup almond, chopped
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 180 celsius. In a large bowl combine rolled oats and chopped almonds. In a small bowl, add melted coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa until combined. Pour cocoa mixture over the oat mixture and mix well.
Turn granola onto a rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 20 mins, tossing occasionally. The granola will dry out and crisp up while it cools. Store in an air-tight container until ready to use.
