These raw protein bliss balls are not only healthy, packed with protein and delicious, but they are also easy to make, free from gluten, oil, and refined sugar.
They are made from dates, cocoa powder, plant protein powder, almond butter and LSA from ceres organics. LSA stands for a blend of linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. It is rich in protein, packed with filling fibre and heart-healthy fats. It contains vitamins and minerals like magnesium, calcium, phosphorous, potassium and zinc. And it works amazing in this recipe. My recipe makes 12 bliss balls and each ball contains 3.5g of protein.
