- 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

In a large mixing bowl, quinoa flakes, chopped almonds, buckwheat groats, hemp seeds until evenly combined. Add in the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and toss until the dry ingredients are evenly coated.
