
One of my favourite refreshing drinks. Vibrant in colour and flavoured with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and rose tea maple simple syrup. It’s refined sugar-free, vegan friendly and so delicious!


Grapefruit & rose iced tea ( vegan & Refined sugar-free)
Ingredients
Rose tea maple simple syrup
- 2 tbsp dried rose petals or rose buds
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cups boiling water
To serve
- 5 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, strained
- 1 cup ice cubes
- sliced grapefruits
- rose petals
- rosemary
Instructions

To make the rose tea maple simple syrup.
Place the rose petals and boiling water in a heat resistant measuring cup. Let it soak for 15 mins. Drain well to extract all the liquid. Stir in maple syrup and mix well.

To serve,
Pour grapefruit juice evenly into 3 glasses, add 1/4 cup of rose tea maple simple syrup to each glass. Top with ice cubes and a float of rose petals, grapefruit slices and rosemary. Enjoy!
