Blueberry-mint açai smoothie

This smoothie packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It makes a prefect plant-based breakfast or snack. 

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberry
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tsp açai powder I used @tropeaka
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water

Instructions

  1. Simply add everything into a blender, blend on high until smooth.
