Preheat oven to 180 celsius. Greased the loaf pan and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, sift flour. Add cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
Add wet ingredients into dry and mix until smooth. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a butter knife through the center and comes out clean.
Finely chop the chocolate into small pieces. Transfer to a medium glass microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until chocolate completely melted. Add coconut oil and mix well.
Pour the chocolate glaze over the cake and use a spoon or spatula to spread it around.
