Preheat oven to 180 celsius. Grease the muffin pans or place muffin liners in a muffin tin. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, banana, vanilla extract and milk. Mix flour mixture to wet mixture and use a fork to combine.
Scoop muffin batter into prepared muffin tin. About 3/4 full. Top each muffin with the chocolate chunks. Bake at 180 celsius for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
