Nut-free energy balls

These energy balls made with just 3 ingredients. They are allergy-friendly, vegan, gluten free, naturally sweetened with no refined sugar, fat-free (under 1 gram of fat per serving) and 80 calories each with grams carbohydrates. Aside from the nutrition, these little treats also taste amazing.

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 15 dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup


  1. Simply combine all 3 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until everything well combined. Roll into 12 balls and store in the fridge for up to a week.
