Vegan blackberry cheesecake smoothie

Blackberry layer

  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberry
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Cheesecake layer

  • 1/4 cup cashew soaked
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup soy yogurt


  1. Make the blackberry layer,

    In a high speed blender, add blackberry, banana and almond milk. Blend until smooth. 

  2. Cheesecake layer,

    Add soaked cashews, vanilla bean extract, bananas and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy 

  3. To assemble,

    Pour blackberry into two glasses. Add yogurt into each glass and layer the cheesecake on top. Mix gently with a small spoon to create the swirl effect. Top with some frozen berries. Serve and enjoy
