5-Ingredient chocolate granola (vegan, gluten-free & refined sugar-free)

Decadent, chocolatey, crunchy granola made with just 5 ingredients. 


  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oat
  • 1 cup almond, chopped
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 180 celsius. In a large bowl combine rolled oats and chopped almonds. In a small bowl, add melted coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa until combined. Pour cocoa mixture over the oat mixture and mix well.

  2. Turn granola onto a rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 20 mins, tossing occasionally. The granola will dry out and crisp up while it cools. Store in an air-tight container until ready to use.
